Pre-Order Items

• • Pre-order products take up to 8 weeks for delivery.
  • Refunds for pre-orders can be made within 2 days after payment only.
  • After this window, pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Returns and Refunds

• • Regular items can be returned within 1 day after delivery if unused and in original condition.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method once the item is inspected.

      • Outside Accra: Within 48 hours
