1. Regular Purchases

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received.

2. Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items require an estimated delivery period of up to 8 weeks.

Refunds for pre-orders are available only within two (2) days after payment.

After this 2-day window, cancellations or refunds cannot be processed, as the order enters production or supplier fulfillment.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Personal care products, perishables, clearance or discounted items cannot be returned or refunded.
4. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within the applicable return window (1 day for regular items).
